Shipping Options

Available shipping methods are shown during checkout and may vary based on the product, package size, destination and applicable carrier restrictions. We currently use USPS and UPS where available.

Shipping Times

Orders generally ship as quickly as possible after payment and any required compliance review are complete. Tracking information is sent by email when available.

Same-day shipment may be available for orders received before our carrier cutoff, but is not guaranteed.

Items With Lithium Batteries

Products containing lithium batteries may be subject to carrier-specific hazardous-material rules and transportation restrictions. Certain battery-containing products may ship by USPS only or may require a different service level.

Shipping Insurance

When available, customers may elect shipping insurance for loss, theft or damage in transit. Coverage does not apply to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer or to product defects unrelated to shipping.

If an insured shipment is lost, damaged or stolen, contact sales@policeandtacticalsupply.com promptly so we can assist with the claim process.

Signature Requirements

TASER packages and other selected high-value or restricted shipments may require an adult signature at delivery. Signature requirements may also be added based on order value, destination or carrier rules.

Large or Specialized Equipment

Freight, vehicle, oversized and specialized-equipment shipments may require custom arrangements. We will coordinate logistics, pickup, freight or delivery requirements directly with the buyer before shipment.
