ITAR Compliance

Important information regarding U.S. export-control requirements that may apply to night vision, thermal, optical, tactical and other controlled equipment.

Police and Tactical Supply does not export products from the United States. Certain controlled items may require an ITAR acknowledgement and proof of U.S. citizenship or other eligibility before sale.

U.S. Export-Control Requirements

Products offered by Police and Tactical Supply may be subject to U.S. export-control laws and regulations administered by the U.S. Department of State under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or by the U.S. Department of Commerce under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Night vision equipment, thermal imaging systems, optical sighting equipment, certain technical data and other defense-related items may require authorization before export, re-export, transfer or release to a foreign person.

Buyer Acknowledgement

  1. You understand that products obtained from Police and Tactical Supply LLC may be subject to U.S. export-control laws and regulations.
  2. You will not export, re-export, transfer, sell, furnish or otherwise provide controlled hardware, technical data or services to any foreign person or destination when authorization is required unless the required U.S. Government approval has first been obtained.
  3. You understand that U.S. law restricts transfers to certain individuals, entities, organizations and countries.
  4. You are responsible for complying with all applicable U.S. and foreign laws and regulations governing possession, use, transfer, resale and export.
  5. You understand that diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
  6. You represent that you and any affiliated entity involved in a transaction are not prohibited from receiving the products being purchased.

Export classification varies by product. If you are uncertain whether an item is ITAR-controlled, EAR-controlled or otherwise restricted, contact us before ordering. We may request additional purchaser or end-user documentation for controlled products.
