Welcome to Police and Tactical Supply LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through our website and transactions with Police and Tactical Supply LLC. By purchasing products from us, you agree to the terms applicable to that transaction.

Eligibility and Lawful Use

All products sold by Police and Tactical Supply LLC are offered for lawful use only.

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether the possession, purchase, shipment, transfer, or use of a product is lawful in the purchaser’s jurisdiction. Certain products may be restricted to law-enforcement agencies, government entities, military organizations, licensed businesses, or other qualified purchasers.

Police and Tactical Supply LLC reserves the right to request identification, agency credentials, end-user information, or other documentation before completing a transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, manufacturer restrictions, or company policy.

U.S. Sales and Export Restrictions

Police and Tactical Supply LLC sells products for domestic U.S. use and does not export products unless specifically agreed to in writing and legally authorized.

Certain products may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), or other U.S. export-control laws.

Products subject to export restrictions may not be exported, transferred to a foreign person, or shipped to a freight forwarder for subsequent export without any required U.S. government authorization.

Product Condition and Descriptions

Police and Tactical Supply LLC sells a combination of new, pre-owned, surplus, and previously issued equipment.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe the condition, configuration, accessories, part numbers, and known functionality of each product. Photographs may show the actual item offered for sale or may be representative when multiple substantially similar items are available.

For used and surplus equipment, normal cosmetic wear, markings, scratches, finish wear, storage wear, or other evidence of prior use may be present.

Customers purchasing specialized equipment are encouraged to contact us with any questions before ordering.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Inventory is subject to prior sale. Because some products are unique, used, surplus, or available in limited quantities, an item appearing on the website does not guarantee that it remains available.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we will contact the customer and, when applicable, issue a refund for amounts paid for the unavailable item.

Payment

Payment terms may vary depending on the product and transaction.

Online orders may be paid using the payment methods offered during checkout. Government agencies, businesses, and other approved customers may contact us regarding purchase orders, wire transfers, ACH payments, or other arrangements.

Orders may be held until payment has cleared or other agreed payment arrangements have been completed.

Police and Tactical Supply LLC reserves the right to verify payment and purchaser information before releasing merchandise.

Sales Tax and Tax-Exempt Purchases

Applicable sales tax will be collected when required by law.

Qualified tax-exempt purchasers may be required to provide a valid exemption certificate or other documentation before an exemption can be applied.

Submitting tax-exempt documentation does not automatically establish eligibility. Police and Tactical Supply LLC may verify documentation before approving tax-exempt status.

Shipping, Freight and Local Pickup

Shipping methods vary according to the size, weight, value, classification, and restrictions associated with the product.

Some products are designated Local Pickup Only and cannot be shipped through normal checkout.

Large or heavy equipment may be designated Freight Quote Required. Freight charges for these items will be determined separately and must be agreed upon before shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for complying with any delivery requirements applicable to their order.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon receipt.

Visible shipping damage should be documented with the carrier at delivery whenever possible. Customers should retain the packaging and contact Police and Tactical Supply promptly if an item arrives damaged or materially different from what was ordered.

Freight shipments should be inspected before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt whenever practical.

Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility varies depending on the product.

Certain surplus, used, special-order, restricted, electronic, consumable, or specially sourced products may be final sale.

Any return must comply with our Refund and Returns Policy. Customers should contact Police and Tactical Supply LLC before returning merchandise.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Police and Tactical Supply LLC does not provide a separate manufacturer-style warranty on used or surplus equipment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, products identified as being sold AS IS are sold without warranties beyond any specific representations made in the applicable product listing, invoice, or written sales agreement.

Specialized and Restricted Equipment

Certain equipment offered by Police and Tactical Supply LLC may require purchaser verification or additional documentation before shipment or transfer.

This may include, depending upon the product and applicable law, controlled electronic weapons, law-enforcement equipment, military equipment, night-vision equipment, thermal imaging systems, communications equipment, aviation equipment, and export-controlled items.

Acceptance of an online order does not waive any verification or compliance requirement.

Aviation, Military and Specialized Equipment

Unless expressly represented otherwise in writing, the sale of aviation, military-surplus, or specialized equipment does not constitute a representation that the equipment is certified for installation, flight, life-safety use, or any particular operational application.

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether inspection, certification, approval, maintenance, modification, or other regulatory requirements apply before putting such equipment into service.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Police and Tactical Supply LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, installation, modification, resale, or use of products sold by the company.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information. However, typographical errors, pricing errors, specification errors, outdated manufacturer information, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

Police and Tactical Supply LLC reserves the right to correct errors and update website information.

When a material error affects an order, we will contact the customer before proceeding whenever reasonably practicable.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and transactions with Police and Tactical Supply LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

Police and Tactical Supply LLC may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The version posted on this website at the time of a transaction will generally apply to that transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
