Description

FLIR Cerberus / GBOSS Long-Range Mobile Surveillance Tactical Trailer

Offered for sale is a used FLIR/ICx Cerberus Mobile Surveillance LR Tactical Trailer 2.2, a military-grade EO/IR, radar and multi-sensor surveillance platform originally designed for rapid deployment in perimeter security, force protection and long-range surveillance applications.

Cerberus was developed as a rugged, self-contained mobile surveillance architecture capable of integrating ground-surveillance radar, thermal and visible-light cameras, laser rangefinding, unattended ground sensors, communications and command-and-control equipment on a rapidly deployable trailer platform. Period ICx documentation describes Cerberus as an autonomously powered mobile surveillance platform incorporating a variable-height sensor mast and onboard C2 node for sensor connectivity, communications and power management.

Modern Teledyne FLIR Cerberus systems continue this basic concept, integrating radar and EO/IR sensors with trailer-mounted power and communications for wide-area perimeter surveillance.

This Cerberus Trailer

This particular unit is identified as:

System: Cerberus Mobile Surveillance LR Tactical Trailer 2.2
Cerberus System: 110

The platform incorporates a 6-meter Will-Burt Stiletto mast, providing an approximately 19.7-foot extended mast height. Will-Burt documentation specifically identifies both CERBERUS and G-BOSS among programs that utilized the Stiletto mast family.
