FLIR Cerberus / GBOSS Long-Range Mobile Surveillance Tactical Trailer
Offered for sale is a used FLIR/ICx Cerberus Mobile Surveillance LR Tactical Trailer 2.2, a military-grade EO/IR, radar and multi-sensor surveillance platform originally designed for rapid deployment in perimeter security, force protection and long-range surveillance applications.
Cerberus was developed as a rugged, self-contained mobile surveillance architecture capable of integrating ground-surveillance radar, thermal and visible-light cameras, laser rangefinding, unattended ground sensors, communications and command-and-control equipment on a rapidly deployable trailer platform. Period ICx documentation describes Cerberus as an autonomously powered mobile surveillance platform incorporating a variable-height sensor mast and onboard C2 node for sensor connectivity, communications and power management.
Modern Teledyne FLIR Cerberus systems continue this basic concept, integrating radar and EO/IR sensors with trailer-mounted power and communications for wide-area perimeter surveillance.

Network & Electronics Architecture
The surviving electronics infrastructure illustrates the sophistication of the original system. The Brain Box contains power distribution, Ethernet networking and connections for the original radar, thermal camera, day camera, laser rangefinder, UGS, GPS, pedestal, serial, relay and video systems.
The installed Cisco Catalyst network switch provided Ethernet connectivity between system components, while the power distribution hardware supplied the various DC voltages required by the surveillance and communications equipment.
Some original electronics and sensor components have been removed. The existing wiring, connectors and integration hardware remain valuable for restoration, research or installation of modern replacement sensors.

Condition
This is a used military-surplus system. Replacement batteries have been installed and the onboard generator has been successfully started and operated. The trailer, mast, generator, electrical distribution equipment, electronics enclosures and various wiring/integration components remain with the platform.
This is not being represented or sold as a complete, turnkey operational surveillance system. Various original sensors, computers, communications devices and electronic components are missing and/or have not been fully tested. The system is sold as-is, as pictured.
